SPRINGFIELD, MO — Jordan Valley Health is continuing to strengthen its long-term vision and organizational growth strategy with the promotion of Ryan Kruger to Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), effective April 20, 2026.
The appointment reflects Jordan Valley Health’s ongoing commitment to advancing key priorities outlined in its strategic plan, including growth and service expansion, leadership and culture, facilities and infrastructure, innovation, and governance. In his new role, Kruger will help guide strategic initiatives that support the organization’s future growth while continuing to enhance patient care and operational excellence across the health system.
Kruger has demonstrated strong leadership throughout his tenure at Jordan Valley Health, successfully leading initiatives and operations for Jordan Valley Senior Care, Jordan Valley Health Pharmacies, the Blunt Center for Women and Children, and Population Health.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Kruger will now also oversee Human Resources, an area critical to Jordan Valley Health’s continued workforce development and organizational culture efforts.
