Who We Serve

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our joy and mission is to serve the underserved. Our patients typically present with complex factors that impact their mental, physical, and oral health, requiring our providers to be well-versed referring and working alongside other providers to deliver connected patient care.

Each day we strive to live our mission of improving our community’s health through access and relationships, and our vision of partnering to provide essential leadership in healthcare for the underserved.

Medical Assistant, Indeed Review

I love the multicultural people at the workplace. You learn something new every day. Kindness is always appreciated and you get the satisfaction of helping others.

Community Health Worker, Indeed Review

I [began] an intern during my senior year of my bachelor's... I have been given many opportunities for professional growth through presentations, projects, and collaborations that have challenged my interpersonal skills and strengthened my knowledge of human resources. Following my internship, I was offered a full-time position, which I was excited to accept. I am grateful to be part of an organization that is committed to meeting the needs of both its patients and employees.

HR Representative, Indeed Review

I believe that Jordan Valley is a good place to work. The pay is fair, the team members are great and the providers are always willing to help and answer questions. I have learned so much and I can’t wait to continue you

Patient Advocate, Indeed Review

I have found my dream job! A workplace that not only lets me work with data, but needs that data to reach out to the community. This is the place to be for a great work atmosphere and an even greater purpose.

Passion In Practice

This is the place where your care changes lives. We step up when others step back, and we always figure out a way forward—even when the path isn't clear.

We build our next moments and clear the path in front of us—sometimes with a literal snowplow. (I mean, how else are we going to stay open so patients can get care?)

You may be a good fit if you're someone who...

  • Says, "Yes, I'm happy to hold the umbrella for rain duty."
  • Knows that collaboration is the best medicine
  • Doesn't have to be asked to put the patient first

If this sounds like you, then yes—we encourage you to apply.
