Jordan Valley treats people struggling with opioid use. We offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Our behavioral team works with you to reduce dependency and avoid overdoses. You can walk into Jordan Valley Monday through Friday for substance use care and be seen the same day.

Jordan Valley follows the Medication First Model. Medication helps with withdrawal symptoms and cravings. We try to prevent overdoses and manage substance use.
After you walk in or are referred, you will get an appointment for MAT within two days, if not the same day. Our Behavioral Health Consultants will assess you within five to seven days of your first MAT. We will assess you again in 30 days.
Jordan Valley offers individual and group therapy.
As part of our program, you will see a Community Health Worker on your 30-day appointment. We will assess any social needs and connect you to wraparound services. We can help with employment, housing, food and legal needs.
