No. You do not need an appointment for Express Care. Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week at our Springfield location.

Medical Express Care at our Springfield: Tampa location is open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Children’s Express Care at our Springfield: Grand location is open Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Medical Express Care is located at our Springfield: Tampa St. clinic. Children’s Express Care is located at our Springfield: Grand St. clinic.

Express Care treats minor illnesses and injuries including allergic reactions, animal or bug bites, cough and congestion, ear infections, flu, mild fever, minor injuries, painful urination, pink eye, rash without fever, sexually transmitted diseases, sore throat, and vomiting.

Visit the emergency room for serious symptoms like abdominal pain, coughing or vomiting blood, extreme pain, head or eye injuries, high fever in babies under two months old, intestinal bleeding, loss of consciousness, pregnancy complications, seizures, severe burns, sudden change in mental state, or motor vehicle accidents. Call 911 if you experience heart attack symptoms, signs of stroke, or shortness of breath.
