Jordan Valley Community Health Center is working with community leaders and health organizations to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are a vaccination, infusion and testing site.

COVID-19 Testing

Recently exposed? Do you have COVID-19 symptoms? See your provider or walk in to our Express Care Clinic to get tested.

COVID-19 Vaccines

Walk-in for a COVID-19 vaccine at six of our clinic locations or come to a COVID-19 vaccination event.
Vaccines We Offer:
Pfizer (three doses) – approved for ages 5+
Johnson & Johnson (two dose) – approved for ages 18+
Moderna (three doses) – approved for ages 18+
We are now offering a 3rd dose of the Pfizer or Moderna or a 2nd dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for those who meet one or more of the following qualifications:
You are 5+ years old, immunocompromised and it has been at least 28 days since your 2nd Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
Everyone 12+ years who is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is eligible for a booster. 
  • At least 2 months after a 1-dose vaccine, Johnson&Johnson / Janssen. 
  • At least 5 months after a 2-dose vaccine, Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna.
