Welcome to Republic
Jordan Valley Health (JVH) first came to Republic in 2014, bringing medical and dental care to a growing community just outside Springfield. For years, the clinic operated from a smaller space on East Harrison Street. As the Republic community grew, so did the need for more space and more ways to care for local families.
In 2023, Jordan Valley Health opened its current Republic Clinic at 649 E. Elm Street, creating room to expand the care available in the community. Today, the clinic brings medical, dental, and vision care together under one roof, making it easier for patients and families to get more of the care they need in one place. Most of these services are available as walk-in care, including same-day sick visits, family medicine, pediatrics, dental, and vision care.
Vision care is an important part of what makes the Republic Clinic different. Patients can get routine eye exams, treatment for common eye concerns, and fittings for glasses or contacts without having to travel to another community for care.
Jordan Valley Health also brings care to Republic schools, where students can see a Jordan Valley Health provider and connect with additional services as needed. This helps bring healthcare closer to where local children learn and gives families another way to connect with care.
What started as a small regional clinic has grown into a place where more of a family’s healthcare needs can be met under one roof. From medical and dental care to vision services and school-based care, the Republic Clinic continues to grow alongside the community it serves.
