Medicaid Applications
Medicaid is free or low-cost health coverage. People who cannot pay for medical care may apply for Medicaid. We help with your Missouri Medicaid application and guide you through the process. See if you qualify.

WIC Program
Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and women with toddlers in Springfield, MO, can get nutritious food and healthcare through the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Program. This free federal program helps moms and their families get fruits, vegetables, diary foods and infant formula.

Community Medication Access Program (CMAP)
CMAP provides some free medications. Jordan Valley patients must be uninsured and 18 years of age or older. You must also meet CMAP income guidelines.
Patient's Assistance Program (PAP)
PAP provides some free medications and co-pay saving cards for those with private insurance. You must meet PAP guidelines.
340B
Jordan Valley patients can get discounts at some local pharmacies. The medication must be prescribed by a Jordan Valley provider.

No. You do not have to be a Jordan Valley patient to receive our community services. Anyone in the community can access these resources by calling 417-831-0150, walking into any of our locations, or connecting with us at a community event.
