The Behavioral Health Integration team at Jordan Valley provides behavioral medicine, pain management, substance use and outpatient therapy services. All established patients can receive these services.
If you are not an established patient, you can speak with a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) by visiting any of our clinics. BHCs assess your lifestyle choices, illnesses and disorders to refer you to the best service for you.
