Create Your NextMD Account
Before you can access NextMD, you must register for an account and have our team enroll you. If you’d like to set up a NextMD account, you may do so after your first appointment or any time visiting Jordan Valley.
- 1 On your next visit, give us your preferred email address at check-in.
- 2 Our team will give you an “enrollment token.” We will provide instructions on how to set up your NextMD account using the enrollment token. Enrollment tokens are only provided in-person during your visit to protect the privacy of your healthcare information.
- 3 Check your email for a message from NextMD. You will get a link to set up your account.
- 4 Click the link. You will be asked to enter your enrollment token and email address. Follow the steps to choose a username, personal password and security question.
