Vision Care
Looking for an eye doctor near you? Walk in to the Republic clinic for a routine eye exam. We can fit you for glasses or contacts, and all glasses frames are covered by Medicaid.
Dental Care
Walk in for a regular six-month checkup and teeth cleaning with the dentist. We provide dental care for the whole family, with exams and cleanings for both children and adults.
Medical Care
We offer family medical walk-in primary and preventative care services to help you stay healthy. Our medical team can provide treatment, health education, and support when you walk in.

Which insurances are accepted?
Jordan Valley accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance. You can call our office with any questions—just make sure you have your insurance card handy! If you need information about your coverage, call the number on your insurance card and talk to your carrier.

We accept most payment methods and offer a sliding fee program to qualifying patients.

- Personal checks for the date of service. Post-dated checks are not accepted.

Jordan Valley offers affordable care to everyone, regardless of insurance status. Our sliding fee scale program provides discounts on select services for those who qualify, ensuring access to necessary healthcare even without coverage.
