SPRINGFIELD, MO — Jordan Valley Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Clint Strong as its new Chief Medical Officer (CMO), effective June 1, 2026.
After a careful and selective search process, Jordan Valley Health leadership identified Dr. Strong as the ideal candidate to lead the organization’s medical team and continue advancing its mission of providing accessible, high-quality health care throughout Southwest Missouri.
Dr. Strong has served Jordan Valley patients and communities for nearly 14 years. During his tenure, he has played an integral role in advancing patient care while building strong relationships across the organization. His clinical experience spans multiple areas, including pediatrics, hospital rounding, express care, and regional clinics, giving him a deep understanding of both patient needs and organizational operations.

As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Strong will provide clinical and strategic leadership across all medical specialties and will work closely with Chief Dental Officer Dr. Ashley Popejoy to further expand and strengthen Jordan Valley Health’s integrated care model.
