Training Details & Information

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Jordan Valley’s mission is to improve our community’s health through access and relationships. We serve patients through an integrated model of healthcare, allowing us to meet all of their healthcare needs in one place. Behavioral health is integrated into all service lines.

History of Behavioral Health at Jordan Valley

  • 2015: Two BHCs billed and 137 encounters.
  • 2016: Five BHCs billed and 986 encounters.
  • 2017: Seven BHCs billed and 3,025 encounters.
  • 2018: Eight BHCs billed and 5,407 encounters.
  • 2019: 10 BHCs billed and 8,149 encounters.
  • 2020: Eight BHCs billed and 9,061 encounters.
