Welcome to Marshfield
In 2008, Jordan Valley Health (JVH) took its first step into a rural community by purchasing undeveloped land in Marshfield, Missouri.
While the permanent clinic was being built, Jordan Valley Health served Marshfield-area patients from a temporary location, giving the team time to build relationships and better understand the community’s healthcare needs. In 2009, the new Marshfield Clinic opened, becoming Jordan Valley Health’s first satellite location outside Springfield.
Today, the Marshfield Clinic provides a wide range of healthcare services for patients of all ages, from primary and dental care to women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, and more. Patients can also get care for urgent, unexpected needs through our walk-in services, helping them get the care they need without an appointment.
Jordan Valley Health also brings care directly to students in Marshfield schools through Mobile & School-Based Care, making it easier for children to get healthcare where they learn. A Community Health Worker assists with connecting patients to affordable care including help with Medicaid enrollment or connecting to the Slide Discount Program for patients who qualify. Our team works to make care more affordable and easier to access.
The Marshfield Clinic also offers a free naloxone (i.e. Narcan) via a vending machine, giving anyone who needs it a simple way to access this life-saving medication at no cost.
What began as Jordan Valley Health’s first expansion into rural Missouri has grown into one of our longest-running clinics, serving generations of patients and families in Marshfield and the surrounding communities.
