Welcome to Highway 5
At 860 Lynn St, Jordan Valley Health’s (JVH's) story in Lebanon is one of growing alongside the community. We first opened our Lebanon clinic in 2015, bringing more healthcare services to families outside Springfield. As the need for care continued to grow, we moved into a larger space in 2017, adding an on-site pharmacy to make it easier for patients to get the care and medications they need.
Today, the Highway 5 Clinic offers a wide range of services for children, teens, and adults, including family medicine, dental care, behavioral health, women’s health, pediatrics, and same-day sick visits. Patients can also access X-rays and pick up prescriptions at our on-site pharmacy. Many services are available without an appointment, helping patients get care when they need it.
And our work in Lebanon goes beyond the clinic walls. Through our school-based services, we bring medical, dental, and vision care directly to students, helping families overcome barriers to getting care.
As Lebanon continues to grow, we remain committed to meeting the community’s changing needs. Whether it’s a same-day visit, ongoing care, or support for a child at school, Jordan Valley Health is here to help make healthcare easier to access, all in one community.
