Family Medicine
From checkups and sniffles to stomachaches and sprains, our primary care team team is here to provide long-term care and support.
To Derringer Fenton, the best part about being a family nurse practitioner at Jordan Valley is the people, both patients and staff. Derringer graduated with his MSN from Chamberlain University. He has been working at the Buffalo clinic since 2021.
Upon graduating high school, Derringer joined the U.S. Army. Following his enlistment, he felt a call to go into healthcare. As a family nurse practitioner, Derringer is committed to improving the lives of the residents of his community. He enjoys being able to help patients set healthcare goals and discuss the benefits of eating well, daily exercise, and getting proper rest. In his practice, Derringer wants his patients to understand the benefits of lifestyle changes, goal setting, and improving their relationship with the residents in their community.
Previously, Derringer had been a volunteer with Honor Flight. Currently, he is focusing on raising his three children with his wife. In his free time, Derringer enjoys spending time with his kids, hiking, running, playing golf, and reading. During football season, Derringer loves to cheer on the University of Michigan Wolverines.
