Nutrition Therapy/Dietitian

The Nutrition Therapy program allows for patients to meet with a registered dietitian in a patient-centered environment to discuss and plan for nutritional needs. Patients are highly encouraged to stay the course of their plan in order to better manage chronic diseases, weight, and overall health. For more information on how to meet with a Jordan Valley registered dietitian, please speak with your Jordan Valley healthcare provider.
