That's why you can find medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and more at Jordan Valley Health locations across Missouri. It's common for your care team, including a Community Health Worker (CHW), to ask about more than what you came in for --like housing and food security. We work to help you feel better and connect you to care to keep you feeling your best.
Getting the care you need shouldn't feel out of reach. If you're worried about paying for care, we see you there, too. We accept a variety of insurance, including Medicaid. Not currently enrolled? We help with Medicaid applications too. No insurance? We also have a Slide Discount Program for those that qualify.
No one will be turned away for the inability to pay.
