Ramonda Dugas

Ramonda Dugas is a Family Nurse Practitioner who cares for patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. She became a provider because she wanted to build lasting relationships with her patients and offer them an even higher level of care than she could as a hospital staff nurse. Ramonda earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, and she holds a BSN from Missouri State University. With more than a decade of nursing experience before becoming a nurse practitioner, including caring for critically ill children in the PICU and on a pediatric transport team, Ramonda brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every visit.

Ramonda believes that the best health outcomes happen when patients are active participants in their own care. She is a firm believer in listening to her patients, understanding what they feel is best for them, and partnering with them to make healthcare decisions together. Whether providing acute or chronic care, screenings, or patient education, Ramonda is dedicated to delivering quality, evidence-based care in a warm, team-based environment.

Outside of the clinic, Ramonda is deeply committed to serving her community. Since the fall of 2025, she has served as a board member of Janely's Hope, an organization that provides resources, encouragement, and events for parents and caregivers of children with complex health issues and disabilities. She has also given her time through many other efforts over the years, including serving as a camp nurse at Camp Barnabas, volunteering with Convoy of Hope, and teaching and leading in her church and community.
