Mary Pearl is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and ASHA-certified provider who brings a warm, dedicated approach to helping people of all ages find their voice. She earned her Master's in Communication Disorders and Sciences from Fredonia State University and her Bachelor's in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Edinboro University. Mary has worked across clinics, daycares, schools, and homes, supporting clients from birth through adulthood with language, articulation, feeding and oral-motor, and AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) needs. Her experience spans early intervention, pediatric therapy, teletherapy, and a speech department supervisor role.
For Mary, this work is personal. "I became a provider because I am passionate about helping individuals develop the skills they need to communicate, connect, and succeed in their daily lives," she shares. Her approach is patient-centered, evidence-based, and individualized, built on a welcoming environment where patients and families feel heard. "I believe that successful treatment happens when providers, patients, and families work together as a team," she says. "My goal is to help each patient build confidence, develop functional skills, and reach their fullest potential in a way that is both effective and engaging."
Mary values the relationships she builds along the way, celebrating each milestone and tailoring treatment to patients’ strengths and interests. That spirit of connection extends beyond her sessions through community volunteering with the Footprints Center for Autism and the Holly Ridge Center.
