About Linsey Eckles

Linsey Eckles is a pediatric occupational therapist who is passionate about serving others, connecting with families, and helping children gain the skills and confidence they need for everyday life. She earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from Missouri State University in Springfield, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Pre-med Biology at Missouri Valley College. During her training, Linsey gained hands-on experience through fieldwork placements at the Developmental Center of the Ozarks, Freeman Hospital East, Great Circle, and the Joplin School System, building a strong foundation in pediatric and developmental care. She is a member of both the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Missouri Occupational Therapy Association.

For Linsey, occupational therapy is more than a career; it truly feels like her ministry, and she is grateful to pour into the children and families she serves each day. Her heart for service shines through in her extensive volunteer work, from teaching swim and water-safety skills to children with autism through Safe to Swim, to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness with Hope Connection, to celebrating participants at the Tim Tebow Foundation's Night to Shine. What she enjoys most is collaborating with families to best serve each child and watching those children make meaningful progress over time.

Linsey takes a family-centered approach to care and believes caregivers are an essential part of the therapy team. Her goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where families feel heard, valued, and involved in helping their child reach their goals. She prioritizes parent education, knowing that the greatest progress happens at home through consistency, support, and the carryover of skills outside of therapy sessions.
