Kayla Reeves

Kayla Reeves became a health care provider because she has always been passionate about caring for others and making a difference in their lives. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Cox College and completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Reeves built extensive experience in critical care, working in Medical ICUs and traveling as an ICU nurse throughout central Missouri. She has been practicing as a provider in the Lebanon area since 2024 and brings a broad range of clinical experience to every patient she serves.

While her background in critical care gave her a strong foundation in complex patient care, Kayla has always felt especially drawn to women’s health and pediatrics. She enjoys supporting patients and families through some of life’s most important milestones, from pregnancy and childbirth to caring for children as they grow. Whether she is caring for a child or supporting a woman through different stages of life, Reeves strives to make every patient feel heard, respected and empowered. She works to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their concerns, and taking an active role in their care.

For Kayla, one of the most rewarding parts of being a provider is getting to know her patients and building relationships with them over time. “I love being able to care for pregnant patients and then see them with their babies for well-child visits,” she says. Her goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their health care journey.
