Kayla Cook provides occupational therapy services to children and families at the Evergreen Clinic in Lebanon. Kayla became an occupational therapist because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by helping them gain independence and improve their quality of life. Her experience includes pediatric care, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation.
Kayla enjoys helping children overcome challenges, develop new skills, and reach their full potential. She believes in meeting each child where they are and creating individualized goals that support their growth and independence. Kayla also works closely with families to provide compassionate care and help reduce barriers that may affect a child’s development.
Outside of Jordan Valley, Kayla volunteers with Horses of Hope as a supervising occupational therapist, helping provide hippotherapy services to individuals in need. Through both her work and volunteer service, Kayla is committed to helping others become more independent and improve their everyday lives.
