About Heather Booth
Heather Booth is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian whose passion for health and wellness has shaped a dynamic career spanning clinical nutrition, education, and community outreach. A graduate of Missouri State University, Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2009 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness Management in 2018. She also completed her Dietetic Internship at Cox College, building a strong foundation that blends scientific knowledge with a genuine desire to help others live healthier lives.
Beyond her community work, Heather is a certified Basic Life Support instructor through the American Heart Association.
