About Chan Reyes
Dr. Chan Reyes is the medical director at the Tampa clinic. Dr. Reyes graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine with her MD; she then completed a residency at the Cox Family Medicine Residency Program. She specializes in family medicine, newborns, gynecology, chronic disease management, and substance use treatment. Dr. Reyes has been at Jordan Valley Health since 2004, where she has been providing amazing care to the community since she started.
When Dr. Reyes is not at work, she loves to eat good food and spend time with her large extended family. Her hobbies include traveling, photography, and volunteering at church.
