Jordan Valley Senior Care continues PACE program at new location

A unique program offering specialized health care for seniors is the first of its kind in southwest Missouri. Although Jordan Valley Senior Care moved into a new building, at 1930 W Grand in Springfield, MO., the goal remains the same: to help seniors live safely and independently through their Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, program.
