Johnny McNeil Joins Jordan Valley Health Foundation as Director of Development

SPRINGFIELD, MO —A longtime Springfield Community leader is taking on a new role focused on bringing people, businesses, and resources together to expand access to healthcare across Southwest Missouri and beyond. 

The Jordan Valley Health Foundation named Johnny McNeil as its new Director of Development bringing more than 20 years of experience in community relations, education, leadership, and partnership development to the organization.  

McNeil most recently served as Vice President of Community Relations at Community Partnership of the Ozarks, where he built relationships with donors, investors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to advance initiatives addressing needs across the region. 

In his new role with the Jordan Valley Health Foundation, McNeil will focus on developing philanthropic partnerships and identifying new opportunities to engage individuals, businesses, and community organizations in supporting the work of Jordan Valley Health. 

“Johnny understands that meaningful community impact happens when people come together around a shared purpose,” said Kristy Carter, Executive Director of the Jordan Valley Health Foundation. “His relationships, leadership experience and passion for connecting people to causes make him an incredible addition to our Foundation.” 

For McNeil, the opportunity is a natural extension of his career-long focus on connecting people and organizations to opportunities that make a difference. 

“I’ve spent much of my career bringing people together around ideas and opportunities that can make our community stronger,” McNeil said. “Joining the Jordan Valley Health Foundation gives me the opportunity to do that in a way that can have a direct impact on people’s health and well-being. “
