Jordan Valley Health offers multiple ways to visit a provider as a current patient. We're here to make your access to care as simple as possible.

Walk-Ins Welcome

  1. Walk in during open hours - no appointment needed.

    The Express Care clinics are for medical and dental urgent care needs.

  2. See a provider on a first-come, first-served basis.

  3. Follow up care may be needed.

    Stay connected with your health team after your visit by messaging them in your MyChart account.

Walk-ins are welcome at Jordan Valley Health for many services including urgent medical and dental needs (availability varies by location). Some services may require an appointment.

  1. Log into your MyChart portal account.

    Current patients may use MyChart to book an appointment with a provider they have seen before.

  2. Select "Schedule an Appointment."

  3. Pick your preferred date and time.

  1. Call our main telephone line at (417) 831-0150,

    You can also find the phone number of a clinic near you in the Location Directory.

  2. Tell the operator which service you are calling for and your preferred location.

    If you are calling to schedule with a specific provider, please say that too.

  3. Our team will find a date and time for your appointment.

    They will also tell you if you need to bring anything with you.
