Holidays & Paid Time Off
Jordan Valley offers generous paid time off as well as nine paid holidays.
Retirement
You can immediately participate in our pre-tax and Roth 403(b) plans with a 5% match on the 1st of the month after 30 days of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
We partner with New Directions to provide an EAP program to help you and your family members find solutions and resources to tackle life’s challenges. From simple questions such as quick ways to destress or find more time in your schedule, to more difficult issues such as finding support after the loss of a loved one, the program is there to work with you and offer suggestions, options and information. You have access to a licensed clinician 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
