Create Your Account on NextMD
NextMD is an online service that allows you to communicate with your Jordan Valley healthcare team through a convenient, safe, and secure internet portal.
To set-up your account, follow the steps below:
On your next visit, give JVCHC your preferred email address at check-in.
JVCHC will give you an “Enrollment Token” and instructions on how to set up your NextMD account online using your Enrollment Token. Enrollment Tokens are only provided in-person during your JVCHC visit to protect the privacy of your healthcare information.
Check your e-mail for a message from NextMD with a link to set-up your account. You will be asked to enter your Enrollment Token and email address. Follow the steps to choose a username, personal password, and security question.
Once logged in, you will be taken to the JVCHC NextMD home page. Some features available to you are:
Update your demographic information and make sure that your information remains current.
Access documentation and lab results online.
Send and receive emails with JVCHC through the secure NextMD portal.
Check your account status and make payments online without the hassle of mailing payments.
