Create Your Account on NextMD

NextMD is an online service that allows you to communicate with your Jordan Valley healthcare team through a convenient, safe, and secure internet portal. 

To set-up your account, follow the steps below:

  1. On your next visit, give JVCHC your preferred email address at check-in.

  2. JVCHC will give you an “Enrollment Token” and instructions on how to set up your NextMD account online using your Enrollment Token. Enrollment Tokens are only provided in-person during your JVCHC visit to protect the privacy of your healthcare information.

  3. Check your e-mail for a message from NextMD with a link to set-up your account. You will be asked to enter your Enrollment Token and email address. Follow the steps to choose a username, personal password, and security question.

 

Once logged in, you will be taken to the JVCHC NextMD home page. Some features available to you are:

  • Update your demographic information and make sure that your information remains current.

  • Access documentation and lab results online.

  • Send and receive emails with JVCHC through the secure NextMD portal.

  • Check your account status and make payments online without the hassle of mailing payments.
